Very good service

I bring my Silverado in for service knowing that it will be taken care of. There is no "up-sales" pressure, just what I ask for and what the truck actually needs. Fernando in the service department is amazing! He takes care of me and gets me back on the road!

Good communication

The dealership came to me, every thing was first rate. Ben called,you had the vehicle I wanted,at the price I wanted,Ben brought the vehicle to my house,we went to the bank,got the check, and the Ben guide me through setting up the OnStar and the vehicle.

The guys at Victory Chevrolet went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that fit my needs and price range. Will definitely be purchasing vehicles from them in the future.

Fernando, the customer service rep who attended to my needs is an excellent customer service professional - very efficient, patient and considerate. He attended to me as soon as he could in a courteous manner, answered all my questions and even called me the following day when my Chevy Bolt EV was ready for pick-up. Chevy Victory in Petaluma is an excellent dealership which provides great customer service!

I use Victory because I had one of my worst-ever customer service experiences at Platinum, where I purchased my Volt. Previous experiences with Victory have been very good. This time I'm less happy for several reasons. Working with Brian, in Service, I agreed to pay for replacement of my car's broken sway bar, leaking struts, and 100K check-up. Brian's estimate was roughly $4,800 (the car is only worth about $5,000) - but said he was pretty sure the labor would be $400 less if I did both sway bar and struts since they were connected. I knew this was not guaranteed, but it led me to believe the pre-tax total would certainly be below $4,800. The final bill was $5,279. This was an unwelcome surprise. Several other things didn't help: first, I had left the car for a week and I received no call by Friday letting me know the status of my car. Second, when I called on Monday Brian said it just needed to be fully checked and he would call with an update that afternoon. When I called him at 3:00 pm he said he had called 40 minutes earlier - but my phone has no record that he called. Third, Brian said my total was "within our estimated parameters" (I told him it wasn't, and the result is at least $500 more than the estimate). As I drove away in irritation, it didn't help that my clock was now three hours off and the battery was 100% drained (it was well over half-charged when I arrived at Victory the week before). Is the car fixed? I assume so - but the experience leaves me really annoyed. I have been looking forward to buying a Bolt as my next car, and am now reconsidering.

No attempt to help with the price of the items, even though there’s a recall for the condenser on the air-conditioning unit for my truck that was expanded to 10 years. My truck was returned to me, filthy with looked like somebody was offloading in the mud or got stuck was not returned to me in the same condition that I left my truck work took a whole extra day. I was not called when they knew the truck wouldn’t be done. I had to call at the end of the day to find out that I had to make plans for the next day. I would not have my vehicle bought that truck in a Camaro from you guys and continue to get my work done at this dealership I’m very disappointed with the experience I had.

Had an issue with the Infotainment system, service advisor said it was resolved, it was not. He took the freshly detailed truck for a test run, and returned it to us muddy.

Brian is a amazing and very helpful service person

For the second time I take my truck in for a diagnostic and come with zero information. They can't seem to figure out problems with their own trucks. As I drive off the lot my truck now has a check engine light on that it did not before. So something was tampered with . Then to top it off my truck is now pulling or has a weird movement in the motor or transmission. Won't be returning at all.

A simple servicing required but done last minute on my part and was very convenient hat they good get done quickly, well appreciated

The communication was poor. Our vehicle is not even a year old with under 9000 miles on it. The engine had to be replaced. We had to pay taxes on our rental car which added up to over $200 since they had the truck for five weeks. They asked us if it was OK to put gas in it because we would have to pay for the gas, overall, we were just not happy with the service and the communication.

Service was great but sneaking in the tire rotation when I didn’t ask for it. I was under impression oil change and rotation was one price. But the rotation is an extra 50 and not needed.

Took care of the minor part replacement quickly and effectively

Fernando was extremely helpful from when I had called to see if I can get my car towed to the dealership. Once I got there he attended to me right away. He communicated very well throughout the entire process of my car from diagnostics to work needing a o be completed, to pick up and walk through.

Brought Volt in for diagnostic. It was running fine, but it wouldn’t charge. Gas engine was fine. After getting the car back home, the battery was dead. Wouldn’t start and had to get it jumped, then replaced. Asked the service agent for information and did not hear back.

I recently had my Tahoe serviced at Victory Dealership Group , which unfortunately needed a full transmission replacement along with a few other repairs. Thankfully, I have a service contract, but since I don’t know much about cars, I was the one responsible for handling everything and making sure the job got done. Fernando, the service advisor, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything in detail so I could understand what was happening with my vehicle. I truly appreciated his attentiveness and how responsive he was. Anytime there was an update or a question, he made sure to call me, and whenever I reached out, he always returned my calls. The work was also completed sooner than the timeframe we were originally given, which I really appreciated. I also want to thank the team in the back who worked on my car. I had the chance to meet a few of them, including the dispatcher Benjamin, who was very friendly, helpful, and attentive as well. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Victory Dealership Group and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and a team that truly cares about their customers.
